Alternative Strings is a performance ensemble open to any students enrolled in 7th or 8th grade orchestra. This group performs rock, pop, fiddle, jazz, show tunes and many other styles of music. The first performance will be at the Winter Concerts in January, with several more throughout the school year: the Yorkville Fine Arts Festival, Spring Showcase, and various community performances.
