Football: 8th Grade

 

The YMS Football Team welcomes eighth-grade students who are interested in improving and competing in the sport of football. The team competes against eighth-grade football teams in neighboring communities.

The YMS Football Team is part of the District 115 athletic program and teaches the systems players will run if they continue to play football at Yorkville High School. Practices begin in early August and games are held between late August and October. Players on the YMS team are offered opportunities to compete at either A games or B games.

EQUIPMENT HANDOUT IS AT YMS ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 5 FROM 3:00-4:30 PM. COME AT ANY TIME IN THAT TIME WINDOW. ENTER DOOR 19. PLEASE BRING A PAPER COPY OF A CURRENT PHYSICAL IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED ONE ALREADY.  PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ON "MY SCHOOL BUCKS"
