ATHLETIC ANNOUNCEMENTS

PHYSICALS

Current physicals are required for all sports excluding  intramurals. 

Athletes will NOT be allowed to participate in tryouts or practices without a current physical on file. At the top of the physical form, list the name of the sport(s) in which the student-athlete will be participating, and turn in the form to the athletic administrative assistant. You can also email your student's up-to-date physical to KMikuta@y115.org.

Please make sure the health questionnaire portion is completed and signed by a parent and the student athlete prior to submission!

REGISTRATION

Registration is mandatory on the YMS athletic website, Snap! 8to18, for all sports and intramurals prior to the first day of practice or tryouts. It is separate from the payment portal. Use the link below to register.

PAYMENTS

Payments are made on your My School Bucks account. There is a $65 athletic participation fee charged for all sports, per athlete, with the exception of football. Football is $80.  

• Payment should be completed prior to the first day of practice for the following sports: Football, Cross-Country, Wrestling, and Track.
• For all remaining sports, please pay AFTER tryouts due to cuts.
• Payments for Intramural sports should be made after registration on Snap!8to18.
• Once you log in to MySchoolBucks, go to "Store", and then "YMS Athletic and Activities"
